The D-I-TASSER Suite is a package of standalone programs for deep learning-based protein structure prediction.

Here, we currently provide a demo library for program testing. For full version, you can download the D-I-TASSER suite first,
and then use download_lib.pl download the library with parameter " -MSA DeepMSA2-IMG ".
